Gymnastics: Intermediate (8-18yrs.) Fall/ Winter/ Spring 26/27
GYMNASTICS
All classes are co-ed. Classes are held at BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA (BRY) in Court 3.
**Note**… **There are no make-up classes available if your child can not make it to class**
INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS
Ages 8 – 18 years
This instructional program will focus on individual development of flexibility, conditioning, strengthening, and gymnastics skills on floor, beam, vault, and bars. This program also gives the gymnast a chance to progress in the gymnastics program toward the Pre-Team level.
WHAT TO WEAR?!
GYMNASTICS ATTIRE
Girls – Hair in ponytail or pinned out of face. Leotards are preferred (but not mandatory). Flexible shorts or leggings with a tight shirt that will not cover face when performing stunts or upside down.
Boys – Shorts or warm up pants with a t-shirt.
**Bare feet are recommended to avoid slipping on equipment.
