Biddy Basketball
Youth Biddy Basketball, is a great introductory program to the sport of basketball.
The program will work on skill development and work on teaching and improving dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebounding. Concepts of offense and defense will be taught.
Program is co-ed.
All practices are held in the Blair Regional YMCA gymnasium. All equipment will be provided, but participants may bring their own mini basketball (size 3) if they wish.
Sneakers are required,
and bring a drink for breaks is recommended.
