Gymnastics: Progressive (6-7yrs.) Fall/ Winter/ Spring 25/26

GYMNASTICS

All classes are co-ed. Classes are held at BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA (BRY) in Court 3.

Note… There are no make-up classes available if your child can not make it to class

PROGRESSIVE GYMNASTICS

Ages 6 – 7 years

This instructional program will focus on individual development of conditioning, strengthening, and gymnastics skills. All four areas of gymnastics: floor, beam, vault, and uneven bars will be included in the curriculum.

WHAT TO WEAR?!

GYMNASTICS ATTIRE

Girls – Hair in ponytail or pinned out of face. Leotards are preferred (but not mandatory). Flexible shorts or leggings with a tight shirt that will not cover face when performing stunts or upside down.

Boys – Shorts or warm up pants with a t-shirt.

**Bare feet are recommended to avoid slipping on equipment.
