All classes are co-ed. Classes are held at BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA (BRY) in Court 3.

Note… There are no make-up classes available if your child can not make it to class

Pre-Kinder GYMNASTICS

Ages 3.5 – 4 years

This program is an introduction to the various pieces of gymnastics equipment. We will work on body control, coordination, balance, and basic gymnastics skills.

WHAT TO WEAR?!

GYMNASTICS ATTIRE

Girls – Hair in ponytail or pinned out of face. Leotards are preferred (but not mandatory). Flexible shorts or leggings with a tight shirt that will not cover face when performing stunts or upside down.

Boys – Shorts or warm up pants with a t-shirt.

**Bare feet are recommended to avoid slipping on equipment.
