All classes are co-ed. Classes are held at BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA (BRY) in Court 3.

TINY TOT GYMNASTICS

Ages 2-3 years

This program is an introduction to gymnastics fundamentals. Parents will be led by an instructor in assisting your child as they become familiar with movement skills, body & space awareness while learning tumbling techniques and working on gymnastics equipment. Locomotor movements, basic stretching, balance, strength, coordination and body control are all covered in this “Fun to Learn Class”.

WHAT TO WEAR?!

GYMNASTICS ATTIRE

Girls – Hair in ponytail or pinned out of face. Leotards are preferred (but not mandatory). Flexible shorts or leggings with a tight shirt that will not cover face when performing stunts or upside down.

Boys – Shorts or warm up pants with a t-shirt.

**Bare feet are recommended to avoid slipping on equipment.
