Homeschool Open Swim & Gym!

Due to popular demand, we will be offering homeschooled children and their families and opportunity have access to our lap pool and indoor basketball court for one hour each. Included: Deep water safety test, floatation vests, pool noodles, goggles (while supplies last). What to bring: Bathing suits, towels, small/soft pool toys, athletic clothes, sneakers, basketballs, soccer balls, etc. Not allowed: Large pool floats, hard pool toys (torpedos, etc), bikes, scooters, or anything with wheels that could harm the gym floor.

**Please note that the rest of the lap pool is open to the members. Please stay in the lanes designated for the open swim.**

When:

9/26, 10/24, 11/21, 12/19, 1/30, 2/27, 3/27, 4/24, 5/29)

Pool 12pm-1pm; Gym 1pm-2pm

Costs:

Individuals: $6/member, $8/non-member

Family (2+ participants): $12/member, $16/non-member.

All swimmers must take a shallow and deep water test on their first day of participation. These are the parameters for In Water Chaperones:

• Ages 12& Above that Pass: No guardian needed in the building
• Ages 12& Above that Do Not Pass: Guardian needs to be in the building
• Ages 9-11 that Pass: Guardian has to be in the building
• Ages 9-11 that Do Not Pass: Guardian needs to be On Pool Deck
• Ages 8& Under that Pass: Guardian has to be On Pool Deck
• Ages 8& Under that Do Not Pass: Guardian must be In The Water and pay Family fee.

The above are all in accordance with the BRY Pool Rules.

How To Register:

Members are welcome to register and pay online. Non-members can call the YMCA at 814-695-4467 to register and then pay when you arrive.
