Summer 2025 Swim Team
TIGERSHARKS SWIM TEAM

The TigerSharks swim team is a structured, competitive program of BLAIR REGIONAL YMCA (BRY). Participants compete against other local, regional, and state YMCAs. This traditionally strong program provides individualized coaching through disciplined water and land workouts.
We will be competing in the Mountain League this summer season, allowing for more local meets. Dates and times of meets will be announced at a later date.
Summer Swim Team: June 2nd through the end of July (exact dates TBA)
Practices @ HAHS
Intermediate & Advanced: T/W/Th 8:30-10AM
Beginners M/W 6:30-7:30
Intermediates: M/T/W/Th 6:30-7:30
Advanced: M/W 6:30-7:30 Dryland Outside, 7:30-8:30 in the water
T/Th 6:30-8:30 in the water
Practices @ The Y
Beginners: M/T/W 5:30-6:30PM
YOU must register with the TEAM, and be a member of the BRY
Please visit Blair Regional YMCA Swim Team – News (gomotionapp.com) and click “Register for Team Unify” at the top, then fill out the form. Team communications will be sent through Team Unify.
If you have had other parents ask you about our program and have shown interest in joining, the summer season is the best time to do that. If you have older children that are considering swimming in college, staying in the water over the summer is necessary to keep working on endurance and technique that they will need for the future. If your children know someone that is considering swimming high school but they haven’t been on a team before, this is also a great time to build confidence in their ability in the water.
