DATES: 6/1 – 8/14/2026

COST: $165 per week (includes breakfast, lunch, snack)

OPERATING HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY 6:30AM – 5:30PM

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• $210 due at time of registration includes registration fee and one-week deposit that will be applied to the last week of camp.
• Registration is for full 11 week program. There is no weekly selection/drop-in rate. Tuition will be charged weekly regardless of attendance.
• After online registration is processed, your campers spot is reserved. You will receive an email with instructions for enrollment packet pick-up. Registration is not complete until the enrollment packet is completed and returned to the YMCA.
• Campers registered before their eligible registration date will be removed from the roster and ineligible to register again until Monday 4/13 if there are spots remaining.
• New campers who are siblings of returning campers are eligible to enroll on their siblings eligible registration date.
• There is no discount for multiple siblings enrolled in camp. A 15% sibling discount will apply to the oldest camper only if they have a younger sibling enrolled in ELC childcare (infant thru pre-k).
• All new campers must schedule a camp readiness phone call prior to packet pick up.
• Subsidized childcare payments are accepted (CCIS, ELRC, CCW)- please inform the camp director if you are approved or will be applying for a childcare subsidy.
• Financial assistance is available
• The deposit and registration fee are due at the time of registration, if you are approved for a scholarship or CCIS, your deposit will be divided and applied to additional weeks of camp.
• Field trip dates and locations are subject to change or cancellation.
• Weekly swimming begins week 2 and ends week 9. Bus transportation from the ELC to the YMCA is provided.
